Since I’m an enormous nice potato addict, I feel like I’ve experienced my fair talk about of lovely potato fries. I’ve got greasy types, floppy ones, thin and crunchy ones, steak lovely potato fries, nice potato waffle fries, nice potato tots, and just regular old perfectly baked sweet potato fries.

I’ve found that the ultimate way to satisfy my cravings would be to bake my own with unique flavors. Perhaps you have ever cooked your own in the home? It’s super simple!

These were inspired by a cafe in New Mexico and they are honestly among my favorite things to munch on! Baking them myself helps to conserve calories and unwanted fat, plus I understand every one of the ingredients that are being used. 4 medium nice potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inches sticks

1 tablespoon of essential olive oil, divided

2 cloves of garlic clove, finely minced

½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Add special potato fries to a big bowl, alongside fifty percent of the olive oil, garlic, salt and Go Veggie! Parmesan Grated Topping. Toss to layer fries.
