Kale and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Thighs | Recipe ...Thanks for visiting the world of a girl who is deeply in love with food.

Since I’m an enormous nice potato addict, I feel like I’ve experienced my fair talk about of lovely potato fries. I’ve got greasy types, floppy ones, thin and crunchy ones, steak lovely potato fries, nice potato waffle fries, nice potato tots, and just regular old perfectly baked sweet potato fries.

I’m always informing myself that sweet potato fries are a little bit healthier than regular fries, that i think makes my human brain think that I can go a little overboard. Like probably I’ll have more nutrients easily eat entire container full?

Probably not the very best reasoning.

I’ve found that the ultimate way to satisfy my cravings would be to bake my own with unique flavors. Perhaps you have ever cooked your own in the home? It’s super simple!

These were inspired by a cafe in New Mexico and they are honestly among my favorite things to munch on! Baking them myself helps to conserve calories and unwanted fat, plus I understand every one of the ingredients that are being used. These gems are created with olive oil, garlic clove, a sprinkle of sea salt and just a little GO Veggie! Dairy Free Parmesan Grated Topping

LOVE LOVE LOVE.

The fries are sweet, savory and uber satisfying. GO Veggie! parm provides a ton of taste and is comparable to regular parmesan except without every one of the cholesterol, calories and fat. I really like that it is plant-based, dairy-free and gluten free of charge, too. If you want to check out where you can purchase GO Veggie!, check out their shop locator

Enjoy! xo

Ingredients

4 medium nice potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inches sticks

1 tablespoon of essential olive oil, divided

2 cloves of garlic clove, finely minced

½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Add special potato fries to a big bowl, alongside fifty percent of the olive oil, garlic, salt and Go Veggie! Parmesan Grated Topping. Toss to layer fries.

Drizzle 1/2 of essential olive oil (about 1 ½ teaspoons) over large baking sheet. Place in oven for a couple minutes until pan gets sizzling hot and oil can be shimmering. Remove skillet from range and add lovely potatoes fries, making certain to evenly pass on them out on the pan so that none are coming in contact with.

Place back oven and bake for 15 minutes, then flip fries and bake again for another 10-15 moments or until fries become slightly golden dark brown and commence to sharp up a little. Flavor fries and add additional sodium or parmesan if preferred. Enjoy immediately! Serves 4.

Adding a tablespoon of cornstarch towards the fries before baking can help crisp up them up a lot more.

Don’t place the sugary potatoes as well close or they’ll not brown correctly nor become crispy. It’s easier to use two baking sheets if you have way too many fries.
