I actually made a dutch caramel honeycrisp apple pie. It was so delightful as well as the all butter crust was my favorite. I used a mixture of vodka and water this time! I understand, I understand… I should post the formula!
Tony refinished this gorgeous cupboard for me. I acquired the idea (and color!) off of Pinterest and we present the cabinet at a resale shop for only $35 dollars! Yesterday morning, we stopped at Ann Sather’s for breakfast time. Apparently they are known because of their cinnamon rolls, therefore of course my Mom and I attempted one. Seriously may have been one of the better cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. They were very soft and the frosting was incredible and not excessively sweet.

I accidentally purchased a whole handbag of avocados and really wished to utilize them up before they became too ripe so I decided to make some quesadillas with other things that I needed leftover in my own fridge. So here we are with simply the best quesadillas on earth.

Smashed Avocado, Roasted Bell Pepper & Pepper Jack Quesadillas
4 oz pepper jack cheese, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon essential olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1/2 avocado, mashed
Line a baking sheet with foil. Toss bell peppers and onions in essential olive oil and time of year with sodium and pepper. Place under broiler for 10-15 moments until peppers and onions begin to char. Additionally you can saute them with a little bit of oil inside a medium skillet.
Spray skillet or griddle generously with nonstick cooking aerosol and place more than medium heat. Lay tortilla in the skillet. Add pepper jack slices on underneath, after that peppers and onions. Spread smashed avocado over the second tortilla then place (avocado side facing down) on the cheese and pepper mix.
