For you Trim Healthy Mamas , this drink is an FP.
⅔ glass unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons collagen (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put lemon juice, almond milk, collagen, stevia, quiche no pastry sodium, and vanilla in blender. Start low for just a few seconds to mix. While blender is definitely on low, gradually add glucomannan. Mix on low for 30 mere seconds and turn off. Add in ice and mix on high until ice have been completely blended.

Just how much almond milk?
How impotant may be the gluco? Its something I haven’t purchased yet
So easily added a little bit of thm protein powder instead of collegian would it not be a FP? I cannot have collegian because of autoimmune disease where i make an excessive amount of on my own.
Sounds yummy! Must try it! I had developed a horrible allergic reaction to the collagen- acquired hives for 2 weeks! So certainly I’ll omit it, do you sub 2 TBS protein powder? Or simply leave it out?
Oh, that’s thus sad! Allergic reactions can really be awful. You could sub in the protein powder if you want. It may change the taste somewhat, but may possibly still be great. It would be alright to keep it out aswell, you just wouldn’t be obtaining the proteins to create it a good, hearty snack.
